The name literally meaning “round and round” in English, Tuan Tuan holds the honor of being the first Chinese brasserie in the country. But more than that, it takes pride in putting together delectable and authentic Chinese dishes set in a warm and subtly sophisticated French-inspired setting. Though new in the restaurant scene in Manila, Tuan Tuan’s food comes from internationally recognized restaurants Mui Garden and Deer Garden, which are both in Vancouver. And like its predecessors, the brasserie is steadily becoming noted for Halibut Noodle Soup, Hong Kong Style curry, and Tuan Tuan Snow Buns.
